Eugenics can help to reduce racial genetic inequalities by equalizing the prevalence of desirable genetic traits among all human races.
For example, eugenic techniques could be used to make all of the human races more equally healthy, intelligent, virtuous, happy, and able to tolerate lactose.
Beauty will never be equal between all of the human races because beauty is inextricably linked to race.
Race is defined by grouping humans by genetic traits such as facial structure, skin texture and color; hair texture and color; and eye color.
